The client was looking to set up a new head office with a strong emphasis on design, safety, comfort and to reflect their company culture and personality. The furniture and space planning needed to compliment the natural beauty of the buildings outside surroundings.
They reached out to us as they were looking for a company that could trust to project manage the complete project from the brief, design stage, furniture installation and ethical disposal of packaging. The Issues & solutions
Short lead time:
We had to move very quickly to keep in within the time frame for delivery and install as most of the furniture was made to the clients finishes and colour scheme.
Client wanted us to create drawings so, that they could picture the end result:
A site visit was arranged to gather information including room layout and measurements. Mood boards and visuals were created to provide to the client so that they could visualize their spaces with the furniture they required. This included also colour pallets, wood samples, product images and showroom visits.
Making use of some smaller room space:
A table tennis relaxation area and a formal boardroom were required in upstairs loft spaces however, due to access by a narrow spiral staircase, the tight space and roof shapes both areas needed careful planning and product selection.
